Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine salt, spices, and olive oil to make a paste. Coat chicken breasts thoroughly.
2. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
3. Cook at 370°F for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken.
4. Cook for an additional 4–8 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
5. Remove from the air fryer, tent loosely with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
If using Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, increase the amount to 1 teaspoon since it has 50% less sodium.
For even cooking, pound chicken breasts to a uniform thickness before seasoning.
This recipe can also be adapted with chicken thighs, adjusting cook time accordingly.
