Description

These air fryer chicken fajitas are quick, healthy, and full of flavor. Juicy chicken strips tossed in fajita seasoning and roasted to perfection with bell peppers and onions. Ready in just 20 minutes and perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.


Ingredients

2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless, cut into strips (around 1 pound/450g)

1 red bell pepper, sliced into ½ inch slices

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into ½ inch slices

1 green bell pepper, sliced into ½ inch slices

1 red onion, sliced into wedges

3 tablespoons fajita seasoning

1 tablespoon vegetable oil


Instructions

1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C).

2. Drizzle oil over the chicken strips, and season with the fajita seasoning. Toss well to coat.

3. Add sliced peppers and onion, and season everything evenly.

4. Place everything into the air fryer basket, spread out as much as possible.

5. Cook for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through the time.

6. Serve warm with tortillas, pico de gallo, avocado slices, or guacamole.
