Ingredients
6–9 assorted bagels (Thomas’ Plain Bread)
3.5 ounces plain cream cheese (Philadelphia Cream Cheese)
3.5 ounces flavored cream cheese (Herbs or Simple Truth Chive)
8 ounces smoked salmon
4–6 hard or soft-boiled eggs, halved
1–2 heritage tomatoes, sliced
2 mini cucumbers, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh dill or microgreens
1/3 cup cornichons
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
1. Transfer the cream cheese to small bowls and place them on the board.
2. Arrange the smoked salmon neatly on parchment paper and position it on the board.
3. Add the sliced vegetables—tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and herbs—distributing colors evenly.
4. Place the cornichons and everything bagel seasoning in small dishes on the board.
5. Use the halved eggs to fill any open spaces.
6. Arrange the bagels in a basket or around the board for easy access.
7. Serve immediately and let guests create their own bagel combinations.
Notes
Plan for about 1.5 bagels per person to ensure enough variety.
Keep cream cheese and salmon refrigerated until just before serving.
Avoid overcrowding the board; space helps presentation.
For cheese, use vegetarian rennet options like Tillamook, Cabot, or Organic Valley.
Assemble dry ingredients first and add cold items right before serving.
