Chicken broth
Tillamook Colby Jack Cheese shredded and divided
Fine salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven and lightly coat a casserole dish with cooking spray
Whisk the softened cream cheese and butter together until completely smooth
Combine the cooked chicken and rice in a large mixing bowl
Add the cream cheese mixture, cream of chicken soup, garlic, seasoning mix, and chicken broth
