Ingredients

Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese softened and cubed

Unsalted butter softened and cubed

Cooked chicken diced or shredded

Cooked white and wild rice blend

Cream of chicken soup

Fresh garlic finely minced

Good Seasons Dry Italian Dressing Mix

Chicken broth

Tillamook Colby Jack Cheese shredded and divided

Fine salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley finely chopped


Instructions

Preheat the oven and lightly coat a casserole dish with cooking spray

Whisk the softened cream cheese and butter together until completely smooth

Combine the cooked chicken and rice in a large mixing bowl

Add the cream cheese mixture, cream of chicken soup, garlic, seasoning mix, and chicken broth

Fold in half of the shredded cheese until well distributed
