Instructions

1. Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into thinner cutlets and season both sides with salt pepper and garlic powder

8. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated parmesan style cheese until fully melted and smooth

9. Return the chicken and any juices to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top

10. Adjust seasoning if needed and finish with fresh parsley before serving
