Ingredients
Strawberry jam
Cabot Cream Cheese or Tillamook Original Cream Cheese Spread
Whipped cream
Caramel sauce
Chocolate hazelnut spread
Blueberries
Green grapes
Cara cara orange slices
Raspberries
Red grapes
Banana slices
Clementines peeled and segmented
Blood orange slices
Strawberries
Crepes folded
Instructions
1. Add the strawberry jam, Cabot or Tillamook cream cheese, whipped cream, caramel sauce, and chocolate hazelnut spread to separate small bowls and place them across the center of the board.
2. Arrange the blueberries, green grapes, and cara cara orange slices on one side of the bowls.
3. Place the raspberries, red grapes, banana slices, and clementines on the opposite side.
4. Arrange the blood orange slices, strawberries, and folded crepes around the edges of the board to complete the layout.
Notes
Dry all fruit completely before placing onto the board.
Store fruit and spreads in separate containers when preparing ahead of time.
Crepes can be made in advance and stored with parchment between each layer.
Whipped cream is best used within twenty four hours for optimal texture.
