Description

This DIY Yogurt Parfait Bar is a fresh, fun, and customizable setup where you can layer yogurt, fruits, and granola to create a healthy breakfast or snack. It’s quick to assemble, visually appealing, and great for all ages.

Ingredients

Variety of fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple, etc.)

1 tub Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt

1 tub Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Yogurt

Granola mix (Purely Elizabeth Original or Nature’s Path Organic Granola)

Optional toppings: honey, maple syrup, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips, chia seeds

Instructions

1. Wash and prep fruits, slicing as needed.

2. Arrange fruits on a large platter or tray.

3. Place yogurts and granola in separate bowls for serving.

4. Layer yogurt, fruit, and granola in jars or glasses.

5. Drizzle with honey or sprinkle toppings as desired.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy fresh.

Notes

This parfait bar works well for breakfast, brunch, or as a light dessert. Keep yogurt and fruits refrigerated until serving to maintain freshness. Add granola only when ready to eat to keep it crunchy. For dairy-free options, try So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt or plant-based granola.
