Description

A vibrant and refreshing Festive Fruit Platter made with fresh apples, grapes, dragon fruit, raspberries, strawberries, pomegranates, cranberries, and mint. Perfect for gatherings, picnics, or as a healthy appetizer centerpiece.

Ingredients

2 large red apples, sliced

½ pint raspberries

3 bunches red grapes

1 pint strawberries, sliced

1 large dragon fruit, sliced

2 large pomegranates (arils only)

5 ounces cranberries, fresh or sugared

10 fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon lemon juice (to prevent browning)

Instructions

1. Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly.

2. Slice apples and dragon fruit. Drizzle lemon juice over apple slices to prevent browning.

3. Arrange grapes in a circular pattern to form the base of your platter.

4. Layer apple slices, dragon fruit, raspberries, and strawberries on top of the grapes.

5. Sprinkle pomegranate arils and cranberries evenly across the platter.

6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a colorful, refreshing finish.

7. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Choose fruits with vibrant colors for a beautiful presentation.

Replace dragon fruit with kiwi or mango if unavailable.

Use lemon juice to prevent browning of apples and pears.

Add edible flowers for an elegant touch.

Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, but do not leave out for more than two hours.
