Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese softened
Fresh garlic cloves finely minced
Fresh parsley finely chopped
Fresh chives finely chopped
Fresh dill finely chopped
Cabot Grated Parmesan or Tillamook Shredded Parmesan
Plain panko breadcrumbs
Garlic powder
Paprika
Fine sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil spray
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven and lightly grease a baking dish
2. Mix the softened cream cheese with garlic, parsley, chives, dill, grated cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth
3. Cut a deep pocket into each chicken breast without slicing through
4. Season the inside of each chicken breast pocket lightly with salt and pepper
5. Fill each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture and gently close
6. Mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on a plate
7. Coat each stuffed chicken breast evenly with the breadcrumb mixture
8. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and lightly spray the tops with olive oil
9. Bake until the chicken is cooked through and reaches a safe internal temperature
10. Let the chicken rest briefly before serving
