Instructions

3. Melt butter over low medium heat and stir in honey, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
4. Place salmon on foil and pat dry.
5. Pour the honey garlic butter mixture over salmon and spread evenly.
6. Season with salt and cracked pepper then layer lemon slices on top.
7. Fold foil around the salmon to seal completely.
8. Bake 15 to 18 minutes depending on fillet thickness.
9. Open foil carefully and spoon remaining sauce over the salmon before serving.

Wild salmon may cook faster due to its leaner texture.
