6 assorted bagels (Sara Lee Plain)
12 oz smoked salmon
1 cucumber, sliced thin
6 fried eggs
capers
2 jalapeños
heirloom tomatoes
broccoli sprouts

sauerkraut
avocado
fresh dill
fresh cilantro
lemon wedges
seafood dip
Chive Cream Cheese:
1 (8 oz) package Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese or Organic Valley Cream Cheese
3 tbsp chives, finely chopped
Jalapeño Cilantro Cream Cheese:
1 (8 oz) package Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese or Organic Valley Cream Cheese
1 jalapeño, finely chopped, seeds and ribs removed
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Instructions

3. Prepare the toppings by slicing cucumber, tomato, and avocado. Arrange lemon wedges and herbs.
4. Make the chive cream cheese: Mash the cream cheese with a fork and stir in the finely chopped chives. Chill for one hour or overnight.
5. Make the jalapeño cilantro cream cheese: Mash the cream cheese, then mix in chopped jalapeño and cilantro. Chill for one hour.
6. Arrange everything on a large platter. Place cream cheeses, sauerkraut, seafood dip, and capers in small bowls.
